Good question.
By default TPM (Trusted Platform Module) 2.0 is required to run Windows 11, as an important building block for security-related features. Most PCs that have shipped in the last 5 years are capable of running TPM. There is a process on how to enable TPM (This you will need to search on the internet).
Anyways, what happened here was that many systems did not meet the requirement. For this reason, the internet had to come up with an override of some sort…hence Remove the TM check.

how to install this thing after unzipping it I moved it to my USB drive and tried to boot into it but didn’t work
there are 4parts of the link which one is windows & which one is office2021
Its a combined installation. You cannot install any individually.

It’ indicated : english !
On boot (bios), make your USB drive the first to boot (can reorder drives in bios) from (usually f11 or f12 does the job while booting), followed by an actual hard disk. All the best.
