Torrents, Spotify Streaming, YT Premium Streaming or Tidal Streaming. are few to start with.
The quality is hi-res while streaming, but do they offer the same quality when downloaded.
I’ve seen many websites claiming to be able to download 320kbps from YouTube and SoundCloud but in reality they simple recode 128kbps to 320kbps. Just a bloated files size.
I will recommend FLAC. Original quality of songs you can download. But the size may be high

Mostly what @Sibijay said is true. They are just converting 128 kbps to 320 kbps.

I used to download them using Tidal (BINs are available all over the place), then using Tidal downloader.
That is so true, I don’t even think any website downloads true 320kbps, the best anyone could do is download using yt-dlp with this command -x --audio-format mp3 --audio-quality 320K --format "bestaudio" --concurrent-fragments 5 --embed-metadata -o "D:\Downloads\Music\%(track,title)s - %(artist,uploader,channel)s.%(ext)s"
