Anyone not abiding with the rules could get their posts flagged. Mutiple flags could mean suspension or (even worse) termination of an account)
Section 1 - Rules
1. Do not spam / advertise / self-promotion
At FREESOFF, spam is an unsolicited advertisement for goods, services and/or other websites, or posts with little, or completely unrelated content. Do not spam the forum with links to your site or product, or try to self-promote your website, business or forums etc. Spamming also includes sending private messages to a large number of different members.
Self-promotions/advertisements require administrator approval (Case by case).
2. Do not request or post personal information
This includes email addresses, phone numbers, telegram IDs, etc.
3. Do not request copyright-infringing material
Requesting information on how to obtain copyrighted materials illegally is forbidden.
4. Do not post âoffensiveâ posts, links or images
Any material which constitutes defamation, harassment, or abuse is strictly prohibited. Material that is sexually or otherwise obscene, racist, or otherwise overly discriminatory is not permitted on these forums. This includes profile pictures. Use common sense while posting.
5. Do not post ad-link shorteners
Llinks must not be used/included with ad-skip link shorteners e.g. adfly, linkvertise, etc. Note that non-payout-based link shorteners e.g. bitly can be used to reduce only the link length and not for other purposes.
6. Do not use file-sharing hosts that have timers, offer limited speed or require premium accounts to download
Recommended upload hosts are Google Drive, Mega, Zippyshare or any other which doesnât restrict download speed. The community voted for a preferred choice here.
7. Do not cross-post questions
Please refrain from posting the same question in several categories. There usually is one category that is most suitable for posting your query.
8. Do not DM members asking for help
If you need help, create a new topic in the appropriate category.
9. Remain respectful of other members at all times
All posts should be professional and courteous. You have every right to disagree with your fellow FREESOFF member and explain your perspective. However, you are not free to attack, degrade, insult, or otherwise belittle them or the quality of this community. It does not matter what title or power you hold in these forums, you are expected to obey this rule.
10. Be responsible while making any kind of purchase
Obtain all information about the product/service before making the purchase. Avoid BTC payment or any other payment gateway/procedure which canât be traced.
Be sensible; Check all details, payment procedures, refund policy, product validity, etc. We take no responsibility for anything that results from the purchase.
Violating any rules or linking with such activity may cause your account to be suspended/terminated based on circumstances with or without any warning

Sharing/selling or any form of re-distribution of database leaks or dumps are not allowed.
Sharing paid/discounted coupons/deals (Only 100% free coupons/deals are permitted)
Defamatory, religious, abusive, hateful, swear words, threatening, hacking, any cracks/patches, etc.
Linking to 3rd party websites, forums, blogs (warez, cracks/patches, pirated content-based), especially one which requires registration (Add the name as credits instead)
Requesting coupons. bins, cookies or accounts. This also includes requesting updates. (Whenever working bins/cookies are available, it will be posted. Patience is the key
Section 3 - Guidelines
a. General Posting
Make an effort to put things in the right place, so we can spend more time discussing and less time cleaning up.
1. Use SEARCH function before creating a topic
There is a good chance that it has been addressed on FREESOFF before, please use the search feature first to see if there are already good threads on the subject. Itâs easy to search â click the 
from the top toolbar.
2. Donât use âstupidâ topic titles
Please post a precise topic title! Donât use attention-getting subjects; they donât get attention and only annoy people. The same goes with content. Try to keep the Topic Titles to the point.

Super share. Download fast. Limited time!!.SImple Course on Common sense. Award Winner!!!
Generally, ANYTHING similar to those is unacceptable. Just post your problem.
Good examples:
Is there a web developer that can help me set up my website?
Where can I find resources for Machine Learning?
3. Be patient
Remember, when people help you, they are doing you a favour. Be patient, help people out by posting good descriptions of what you need help with, and not snapping at people with garbage such as âif you arenât going to help, donât waste my time replyingâ.
4. Give credit where its due
It sounds obvious, but it doesnât always happen. People spend a reasonable amount of time and sometimes money creating/uploading content. When you provide links/information that belongs to others, be sure to recognize this in your posts. e.g. Credit: @xyzuser or Credits: websitename
5. Always be civil
The topics discussed here matter to us, and we want you to act as if they matter to you, too. Be respectful of the topics and the people discussing them, even if you disagree with some of what is being said.
FREESOFF is a public forum, and search engines index these discussions. Keep the language, links, and images safe for family and friends
6. If you see a problem, flag it
Staff at FREESOFFhave special authority; they are responsible for this forum. But so are you! With your help, the staff can be community facilitators, not just janitors or police.
When you see bad behaviour, donât reply, Just flag it. Action will be taken, either automatically or by moderator intervention. Read the Forum User Guide on how to flag posts.
To maintain our community, the staff reserve the right to remove any content and any member for any reason at any time. Please understand that not all content is reviewed by the staff.
b. Creating Requests
- Accounts must be atleast 3 days old before making a request. (This excludes requests for templates and Sales topics)
- Requests must be created with the following information:
TITLE: [REQUEST] (Enter your request)
CATEGORY: Request our Community
MESSAGE: Mention basic information, official links, screenshot/images. This method provides a clear understanding of what you are looking for.
- A first post cannot be a request
- Two continuous requests are not permitted. It will be considered leeching.
Failure to follow will result in the post/topic being flagged
Receiving 3 spam flags will not only hide the post, but the account will be silenced. Thus preventing any further posting until staff reviews the member.
c. Selling Products/Services
- Only those members who have completed 30 days or more are permitted to sell products.
- Basic Members (Trust Level 0) cannot sell products/services
- Only 2 Sales Topics will be permitted per seller (at a time). Topics can contain multiple products/services.
- Topics must be created under âBuying & Sellingâ category
- Sale of existing products/services is permitted (Only upon admin approval)
- Do not use words like Life/LifetimeâŚnothing lasts for a lifetime, neither you - me - or any product service, so donât create bait to dupe members!
- Sellers are encouraged to provide giveaways of their products/services. Its good for your business and keeps members happy.
- Posting of services (as a signature) is allowed, but post a link to the topic instead of listing each service.
- Lack of forum participation can result in the closure of all sales topics associated with the seller.
- Sales topics will be closed after one month of inactivity or two weeks if the OP doesnât reply to a query..
- Posting Telegram or chat IDs is not permitted. You can, however mention them in DM communications.

Once the first sale is made, you are not permitted to edit the post. Donât try to be a smarty pant by later claiming you forgot to mention the validity (not lifetime but just 1 year), or forgot to mention that the product has limitations, etc. Cheating/tricking members will result in an immediate and permanent ban

If any discrepancies with the sales/product are identified, the seller should own up and issue refunds (based on his refund policy that must be mentioned while creating the topic).
