Our body, consciousness and MOTIVATION are regulated by neurotransmitters. The line of the hit parade is occupied by dopamine - the mediator responsible for pleasure.

Your motivation is a direct addiction to dopamine. It is produced as a reward for the actions necessary for survival: food, beauty, sex, resources.

A person cannot live without dopamine. He’s like a donkey chasing carrots.

The 21st century has a problem. He created a free way to get dopamine. I will give examples.

These things we call laziness.

So, there are two ways to get dopamine:

  1. Easy way, undeserved (masturbation, YouTube, games).
  2. The hard way, well-deserved (dating, sports, earnings).

STEP 1. Increase the load gradually.

STEP 2. Replace freebies with benefits.

Reduce exposure to low-quality dopamine. The body is like a vessel. You have a lot of free dopamine - catch a minus in motivation. Do not pour more into a full container. You need to replace one with the other.

For example, replace 20 minutes online with reading. One issue of a useless blogger for training. Replace viewing boobs on the Internet with meeting a girl.

STEP 3. Life hack: do things in the morning and be lazy in the evening.
