I have been looking for this tool since long, but haven’t found a convenient one. there used to be a website ytcutter.com but now it also don’t work. Yes, there are some other methods there but they are very time consuming and not that convenient. Anyone have any solution to this? Kindly reply.

It isn’t working. It just downloads the whole video, doesn’t cut a part.
firstly you have to set current time and ending time
it works well i use it and it works great
