Dear all, I want to know how I can start building a learning platform for the people in my country ( One of SEA). I want to know the latest best way to start it and who is capable of it. I know I can look for freelancers in their advertisements. But some members here may be already experts in this or experienced it before. I don’t target globally now. You can also try the AMPPS server. This works in both LAMP and WAMP stack. These can be self-hosted on a local machine or on a VM of Windows. This can be found of https://www.ampps.com/
